Employee Comms

I served as Product Design Lead for Employee Communications, a zero-to-one product at Moveworks that let IT and HR teams send custom, actionable messages straight through Moveworks' AI assistant, replacing the noise of traditional corporate email. The work spanned user research, stakeholder interviews, data analysis, and design, from earliest concept to launching the MVP with three lighthouse partners. I acted as a product leader as much as a designer: onboarding over 20 customers, folding their feedback into each iteration, and laying the groundwork for Moveworks' first web design system.
