AI Security Systems

As a Principal Product Design Manager at Microsoft, I work on what agentic security looks like when it grows up. I partner with Microsoft Security AI research to turn emerging capability into product, and I lead design across a multidisciplinary team. Most of the work is systems thinking made visible: composable UX systems that scale across products, and interaction frameworks for multi-agent collaboration, so agents, analysts, and automation can work the same investigation without stepping on each other. I design the hard parts, human-in-the-loop control and dense, high-stakes workflows where a wrong call has real consequences. Two threads are public. I lead platform UX for Microsoft Sentinel, shaping how analysts move from detection to investigation to response at scale. And I shipped the Security Copilot Agent Builder, which lets security teams compose and tune their own agents instead of waiting on a vendor roadmap. The throughline is trust. Agents are only useful in security if the people relying on them can see what an agent did, why it did it, and step in the moment it matters.

Microsoft Sentinel. I lead platform UX for the security operations experience analysts live in, shaping how they move from detection to investigation to response at scale.
